New Avalon Grower Ciders are definitely Old World New School!

Classic ciders fermented dry with exceptional aroma, flavor, mouthfeel, and finish. Each cider is single origin, always made with apples or pears from a single orchard. Fruit is crushed and whole fermented (juice, pulp, skins and seeds). Whole fruit fermentations give our ciders (and brandies too!) a flavor complexity and layering that is delightful. Just like biting into a vibrant apple or pear, you really can smell and taste the skins and seeds in every sip!

Braeburn & Jonathon Apples grown at Ela Family Farms. Cascade & Crystal Hops grown at Jack Rabbit Hill Farm, and exotic pink rose buds. No added yeasts, water, sulphites, concentrates, or anything else. Available in 500ML bottles and 18L kegs. USDA certified organic by Stellar/Demeter.

2017 Fortunate Perry

Bartlett Pears grown at Fortunate Orchard in Dominguez Canyon, CO. Neutral yeast added. No added water, sulphites, concentrates or other additives. Available in 500ML bottles and 18L kegs. USDA certified organic by Stellar/Demeter.

2017 Filigreen Cider

Heirloom apples grown at Filigreen Farm in Boonville, CA. Pinot noir pomace grown at Jack Rabbit Hill Farm in Hotchkiss, CO. No added yeasts, water, sulphites, concentrates, or anything else. Available in 500ML bottles and 18L kegs. Demeter certified Biodynamic.
